Freshly renovated, this spacious 115m² villa is located in the most sought-after area of Saint-Martin: Orient Bay.  
A beloved location known for its secure atmosphere and numerous restaurants and boutiques along a stunning sandy beach.  
  
You’ll access the villa via a palm-lined path, and from the moment you arrive, you’re immersed in a lush, tropical ambiance. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a large, comfortable, and tastefully decorated living space (40 m²).  
This leads directly to a large, shaded terrace featuring a ventilated dining area and a cozy lounge corner.  
  
The first bedroom is also on the ground floor, completely independent with its own en-suite bathroom, including a toilet and storage space.  
  
The three other bedrooms are located upstairs.  
  
The villa's impressive layout offers very comfortable and relaxing spaces. The first bedroom (the master suite) opens onto a large terrace with stunning views of the surrounding nature.  
  
It’s the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a yoga session (dedicated space), or curl up with a good book in one of the hanging chairs.  
The second bedroom, smaller but cozy, stands out with its sunset-inspired décor.  
  
The third upstairs bedroom, filled with natural light, also opens onto a terrace – a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.  
Each bedroom features its own private bathroom with a shower, ample storage, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.  
  
The villa also includes amenities for young children, such as two travel cribs and toys.  
  
For those needing to work, there’s a dedicated office space and excellent Wi-Fi connectivity (fiber optic).  
  
Located at the edge of the (gated) residence, the corner villa (with only one shared wall) offers a private outdoor area leading to a beautiful tropical garden and a large, secure pool!  
Kids can play freely, and parents can relax in peace.
