Just a 3-minute walk from restaurants, shops, and bars... SALT 5 is located in a quiet and secure residence with direct access to the beach. A private parking space is available for your use.
SALT 5, located on the ground floor, features a bedroom with a closet, a separate bathroom, and a separate toilet, a main living area where you can relax on a comfortable sofa bed in front of a large flat-screen TV, and a fully furnished and equipped open kitchen with a snack bar area.
A large picture window leads out to a spacious terrace with a view of the sea, where you can enjoy your meals, relax to the sound of the waves while lounging on one of the deck chairs, and take in the calm, lush surroundings of the tropical garden.
For your comfort, air conditioning is available throughout the apartment. All the amenities you need for your stay are provided: internet, flat-screen smart TV (ROKU and Netflix), Bluetooth speaker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, bath towels, beach towels, bed linens, induction cooktop, microwave, oven, coffee makers, blender, toaster, kettle, full set of dishes, hair dryer, hair straightener, electric griddle, safe, mid-stay and end-of-stay cleaning...
