Perfect for discovering Saint-Martin/Sint-Marteen and enjoying the paradisiacal and unique setting of Orient bay. Right next to the Palm Court Resort and close to some of the best restaurants of the island. Enjoy our lovely life in Orient Bay! The apartment is a renovated and fully air-conditioned duplex that can accommodate up to 5 people with : ON THE FIRST FLOOR \- Entrance to fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffeemaker and capsule coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, toaster) \- A dining room air-conditionned with an 8-seat dining table, sofa, coffee table, TV, high-speed fiber-optic Wifi. \- Furnished terrace with pool view \- Laundry room with washing machine/dryer \- Toilet with washbasin tap UPSTAIRS \- A beautifully furnished air-conditioned bedroom with king-size bed, sky-blue ornaments and paintings by local artists, and a terrace with pool view and small sea views. \- A second nicely furnished air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed in a cosy atmosphere with terracotta tones, and a view over the upper reaches of the park. \- A bathroom with large walk-in shower, double vanity unit with backlit mirror and wall-hung toilet.
