This hotel is wonderful… it’s old-style hospitality at its best, and very romantic. The grounds, pool and beach are fabulous, and spotless. Breakfast is fresh, varied and plentiful… staff friendly and accommodating. There is a mercato not far from the hotel where you can pick up some deli bits, fresh bread and fruit for lunch on your balcony (room has a fridge). Silvi itself has seen better days - although some decent pizzerias, seafood places and gelateria can still be found on the main drag. If you are looking for high end restaurants and shops this location is not for you. But if you are looking for a lovely simple beach break this is perfect.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The location is perfect, with the train station, the beach and plenty of shopping just a short walk away. The housekeeping and breakfast were both excellent. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Thank you, Plaza, for a fantastic stay✨

The property is close to the sea and you can easily go for a walk along the seafront at night.
Poor information at check-in and various requests not attended or had to wait more than one day.

"Thought the Victoria Terme Hotel was a 4 star hotel, it didn’t feel like it! The breakfast offerings were very basic and had no real substance! Staff weren’t really helpful and some of the amenities were not in use! This hotel should be considered a 2 star hotel! I definitely won’t be a returning ..."
