Dimora Ilenia opens into a large living room under star-vaulted ceiling, with double sofa bed and dining area, adjacent to a kitchenette.  
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one of which is double while the other is a twin. Moreover, there is an ensuite bathroom in a room and a half bath.

Oria and it\`s a goodo solution for a holiday dedicated to the discovery  
of Puglia and its tradition.  
The town offers many tourist events  
and it\`s close to the Itria Valley and the most beautiful beaches on the  
Ionian coast and Adriatic coast, which are a short drive away.  
  
\- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).  
\- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.  
\- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.  
\- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.  
\- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.  
\- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
