Holiday cottage at an organic vineyard in South Ardèche, on the first floor of the farmhouse, with private pool, near the parks of the Ardeche Gorges, Chauvet Cave or Cave Pond'Arc. You will appreciate the accommodation for the exceptional view, quiet location surrounded by nature, the sun, people and atmosphere. A lovely stay :-)

We spent a week with friends (4 grown ups) at this lovely place and had the whole house and pool to ourselves. Everything was as hoped and expected. Clean, spacious, quiet etc. The hosts were very friendly and the wine was really good :-) The unexpected problems we had with the power were solved quickly by being in contact with the hosts (and their daughter). They could not help that the whole neighborhood suddenly was without power one night ;-) Thanks for the stay and à la prochaine!

Super séjour

Le logement est parfait pour 2 familles de 4. Il est très bien équipé pour cuisiner, la piscine est super agréable et le lieu est très apaisant. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et discret. Bref nous avons passé un super séjour malgrés la chaleur caniculaire.

Sommerferien in Südfrankreich...

... hatten wir etwas anders erwartet. Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist modern, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Außenbereich rundherum den Pool (Kunststoffwanne, ca. 3x6 Meter) hat einem die Urlaubsfreuden aber schnell genommen. Morschende Terrassendielen, Stühle und Sonnenliegen die nicht möchten das man sich länger darauf aufhält, überall verteilt Maschinen und Werkzeuge. Der Pool (welcher seine besten Zeiten schon länger hinter sich hat) war an der Wasseroberfläche so schmutzverkrustet das man den Dreck mit den Fingernägeln runterkratzen konnte. Zudem obliegt die Poolreinigung dem Feriengast. Den Vermieter schien der Zustand des Pools jedenfalls nicht sonderlich zu interessieren! Der Gasgrill war nach einer halben Stunde ausbrennen unter Vollgas soweit "gereinigt" das man ihn ohne Sorgenfalten benutzen konnte. Im Dunkeln kann man die Treppe der Wohnung nur mit Hilfe einer USB-Leuchte herabsteigen. Einen Lichtschalter gibt es nicht. Der Kühlschrank hat einen integrierten Wasserspender. Die dauerbrennende Serviceleuchte des entsprechenden Wasserfilters hat auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter aber nichts zu bedeuten?! Alles in allem wirkt die Anlage vernachlässigt, ungepflegt und lieblos. Normalerweise sollte man von einem "Premium-Gastgeber" (wie hat dieser Vermieter dieses Label bloß erhalten?!) erwarten können, das dieser darum besorgt ist das sich die Feriengäste dort auch wohlfühlen. Weit gefehlt! ... Hauptsache die Kasse stimmt.

Une semaine parfaite

Nous ont été accueillis très agréablement par Serge et Dominique. L'endroit est vraiment idyllique et leurs vins sont absolument top! La maisonnette et la piscine sont très propres et modernes. Nous avons profité tous les jours d'une vue panoramique sur les collines environnantes. La région est très intéressante, aussi avec des enfants (parcs, grottes, rivières...) Le seul inconvénient, c'était le manque de climatisation dans une période très très chaleureuse. Mais en général, nous avons vécu un séjour impeccable.

Excellent séjour au calme

Nous avons passé une semaine au mois d'août au gîte de Domi et Serge. Nous étions deux familles avec 4 adultes et 3 enfants de 3 à 6 ans. Les propriétaires habitant au rez de chaussée sont extrêmement discrets, sympathiques et de très bon conseil concernant les activités et restaurants à ne pas louper. Le logement est spacieux et très bien entretenu. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, profitant pleinement du calme au milieu des vignes, de la piscine et de l'agréable terrasse. À noter que chacune des deux chambres dispose de sa propre salle de bain et de ses toilettes, ce qui est un plus quand on séjourne à plusieurs familles 😊 Merci Domi et Serge pour votre accueil! Nous recommandons chaleureusement votre gîte !

Une semaine de tranquilité et de sérénité dans les vignes

Accueil en toute gentillesse et amabilité par des propriétaires abordables, agréables et discrets bien qu'habitant (et travaillant) dans le même bâtiment. Logement très propre et bien organisé pour la vie de groupe avec 2 belles chambres et des salles de bain au top dans chaque chambre. Piscine extérieure de bonne taille, suffisante pour bien s'amuser et se rafraîchir. Escalier entre la zone extérieure (table et piscine) et la maison (frigo, vaisselle, wc...) donc pas mal d'allers et retours...un peu sportif mais ça fait du bien pendant les vacances 😁

Beau gîte bien

Beau gîte très bien équipé. Situation au calme avec une merveilleuse vue sur les vignes et paysages des environs tout en restant proche de toutes une série d’activités touristiques dont les Gorges de d’Ardèche et l’Aven d’Orgnac entre-autres. Très belle semaine

Nous venons de passer une très agréable et reposante semaine dans ce gîte. Isolé, loin du bruit, entouré de vignes et d'oliviers, c'est l'endroit idéal pour se reposer. Propreté irréprochable et tout le nécessaire est à disposition. Au village on trouve une boulangerie et une petite épicerie, les autres commerces se trouvent à 10 kms. Les sites à visiter sont dans un rayon de 10 à 30 kms (le plus proche, à 2 km, à visiter absolument : La grotte l'Aven d'Orgnac et son site préhistorique). Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse, très discrets et cependant disponibles pour toutes questions ou tous besoins. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte pour des vacanciers qui cherchent le repos.

Très bonne adresse

Emplacement au milieu des vignes, à côté d’un petit hameau typique. Très calme. Les propriétaires sont très discrets. La piscine privative est bien exposée, au soleil le matin et de l’ombre l’après-midi Serge et son épouse vous feront une dégustation de leur production. Gîte très propre.

Des vacances idéales en toute sérénité

Le Gite de Dominique et Serge est un petit coin de paradis. Le logement est aménagé avec goût, très propre et très bien équipé. La vue est imprenable. Seul au monde et en même temps proche de tout. Nous avons passé une semaine rythmée par des balades,des visites ( les propriétaires nous ont bien guidés et une farde est à disposition pour préparer nos sorties) et des moments autour de la piscine. Les propriétaires sont discrets mais aussi disponibles et partagent volontier leur passion du vin. Bref, des vacances parfaites. A recommander les yeux fermés !

Zeit für Ruhe

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb mit wunderschönem Weitbilck am Rand eines sehr kleinen, malerischen Dorfes, 4 km von Orgnac-l`Aven entfernt. Wir hatten nicht mehr geglaubt, dass unser Navi stimmen kann... aber tatsächlich: die kleine, einspurige Straße führt nach Massargues. Die Fewo ist sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet - man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die beiden geräumigen Zimmer haben jeweils eine Treppe nach oben, wo jeweils dritten und vierten Betten des Raumes stehen. Für beispielsweise zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern ideal. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes, sehr gutes Badezimmer. Der Pool ist direkt neben dem Haus. Serge und Dominique sind freundliche, hilfsbereite und unaufdringliche Gastgeber. Zur genialen Tropfsteinhöhle Aven-d`Órgnac sind es gerade mal 3 Kilometer. Die muss man gesehen haben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in 4 Kilometer Entfernung in Orgnac, dort ist auch der Bäcker (besser für den nächsten Tag vorbestellen!) neben der Tankstelle. Die Abgeschiedenheit hat einen kleinen Haken: Zur Ardeche selbst (Vallon-Pont-dÀrc) fährt man rund 25 Minunten. Besonders schön fanden wir die Orte und Märkte in Barjac (ca. 8km) und Ruoms (30km). Tolle Badestellen findet man außer an der Ardeche auch an kleineren Nebenflüssen. z.B. bei Ruoms an der Beaume. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen - vielen Dank Serge und Dominique!

Accueil chaleureux , appartement moderne et fonctionnel très agréable. Environnement exceptionnel, avec vue à 360° sur les vignes et la campagne . Petit hameau à proximité, avec supérette, station service et moulin à huile "la Magnanerie", avec produits primés. Ballades en campagne, Aven D.Orgnac et Grottes Chauvet 2 , proches. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires avec le partage des visites à effectuer dans leur jolie région. Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour passé dans cette maison située au milieu des vignes et qui permet de se ressourcer au calme. Son confort intérieur/extérieur est à la hauteur du descriptif de l'annonce...La maison est encore plus spacieuse que sur les photos. La situation géographique est idéale pour arpenter l'Ardèche du sud et le Gard,Que du bonheur ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir une prochaine fois pour avoir le loisir de profiter de la piscine (hors Avril); Sans compter sur l'excellente production de vin du propriétaire.
