Cozy 2 king bedrooms, 1 bath in the heart of Orem

  • Perfect home in the heart of Orem, a block from UVU. Designed to make you feel at home!

    Two king bedrooms, and a pull-out couch for additional sleepers! Stocked kitchen, Treager grill, 70” TV/ high speed WiFi. Note: This is a basement of a home. Sound dampened insulation has been installed to help with sound but does not remove all sound.

    Half hour to the nearest slopes for winter sports. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

    Great for small family gatherings, wedding season, ski season, or a weekend getaway with the family. There’s tons of shopping close by too!

Cute, clean, close to everything. Had everything we needed. While on a good traveled road, it was surprisingly quiet. Since we couldn't control the temperature (only control in upstairs unit) had a bit of an issue tripping the breaker using provided space heaters. Host responded but did have to wait over an hour for someone to come flip the breaker back on. A bit chilly for a while (our stay was at the end of May). Separate heating/cooling for basement unit would be preferred. After that, no issues.
