### Cozy studio with terrace in the countryside, near Nantes

Between Nantes and Angers, discover this simple 25m² studio for two people, ideally located for a peaceful countryside getaway. The lovely 13m² wooden terrace faces south, offering unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. A table and iron chairs are provided for enjoying meals outdoors or simply relaxing in the sun.  
  
The studio comprises a main room with:  
  
\- Living room with television and a 140x190cm sofa bed  
\- Convenient storage for your belongings  
\- Kitchenette equipped with a two-burner hob, small oven, washing machine, small refrigerator, sink, and all necessary cooking utensils.  
  
\- Small dining area  
  
The bathroom includes a large shower, a vanity unit, and a toilet.  
  
A small room completes the accommodation with a 140x190cm double bed (this room has no windows).  
  
Accessibility and Location:  
  
The Boissière du Doré Zoo is just 2.5 km away. Clisson, with its magnificent castle and the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise river, is 27 minutes away, as is the annual HELLFEST festival. Nantes and its iconic sites, such as the Machines de l'île, are 45 minutes away, as is the picturesque Trentemoult district. Champtoceaux, with its superb panoramic views of the Loire, is 10 minutes away. A little further afield, the Atlantic coast is a 1 hour 15 minute drive, ideal for a seaside excursion.  
  
Take advantage of your stopover to discover the Muscadet vineyards and the banks of the Loire near Ancenis. You can also enjoy a cruise on the Loire or explore the charming villages of the region. For cycling enthusiasts, a section of the Loire à Vélo route is accessible 12 km from the gîte. And for wine lovers, the Muscadet de Vallet and Layon vineyards are very close by.  
  
This accommodation is ideal for a single person or a couple, whether for a holiday or a business trip.  
  
Rent the Maison Verte cottage, right next door, which sleeps 4, to accommodate up to 6 people on the same property (see ref H49G030625). The owners live on-site and will be delighted to welcome you and offer advice on local activities and attractions.  
No internet connection is provided. A high chair and cot are available upon request. Private parking is available. Bicycles can be stored under the outside stairs.
