Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 17 m², an open kitchenette equipped, a nice bedroom separated by curtains, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 20 m² accessible from a balcony. We are waiting for you! The housing is composed as follows: \- A living room of 17 m² with TV, two convertible sofas (double) and a dining area. \- An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Tassimo coffee maker... \- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). \- A bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside : \- A balcony of about 5 m² giving access to an enclosed garden by a few steps, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. The apartment is ideally located in Orcières in the heart of the village in front of the town hall, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Possible activities : Winter sports: Skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, snow scooter, ice skating, dog sledding, snowshoeing and other winter sports activities. Wellness: swimming pool, disco, cinema... Thrills: parachutes, zip line, accrobranche... Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free near the apartment on the parking lot of the town hall.
