"The resort as a whole was excellent. We loved the restaurants and the pool. The staff was wonderful! Very clean! We surged for a penthouse to enjoy the stars with the ceiling shades that retract but sadly less than half of them worked. Other than that it’s was a great stay!"

"The location was fantastic, only a few minutes from the train station. Surprisingly quiet with my window directly facing the train tracks. It was very clean, quiet and well kept. Automated check in was great and I never needed to contact the staff, other than to get my Ticino Ticket emailed to me. ..."
