We had a great time! Staff was super friendly! We were celebrating my husbands birthday and it was the best retreat. The hotel is very chill and quiet it’s def not a party hotel like others near palm beach. It’s a great place if you’re looking for a quiet laid back vacation. Also restaurants on the property were great we loved all three
This was definitely a luxury hotel. Very very clean, rooms were cleaned twice a day. Pool was nice, food was good, not one drink disappointed. My only complaint was the music by the pool sucked, just background music, would of been better with just a general mix of songs. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.
Joia was amazing and right near the beach. Whether you want to eat, hit the pool or beach, or even spa there is something for you! The infinity pool is adults only and had great views. I would definitely stay there again
I had a great time staying at this hotel. My room was lovely. I had a view of the I finite pool. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurants was delicious. I had a lovely massage at the spa too.
Resort was immaculate. So new, clean, and a great atmosphere. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the views from the grounds and the rooms were amazing!
On top of a great resort, the staff were so helpful, attentive, and friendly. Shoutout to Ashley at Gaia House of Grill and Yuly at Bucatini during breakfast service!
Food was amazing as well and it made it easy to not feel the need to leave the resort.
Absolutely beautiful resort! Great amenities and reward option , the food was also delicious . I myself enjoyed the breakfast the most at bucatini and then the Italian dining ! Trust me you go and you will return ! Bon dia
The most beautiful, luxurious and relaxing stay, everything and everyone was amazing! We will be back again! Only thing to recommend is look into the different meal plans depending on your eating and budget preferences. We added on the breakfast plan since it was only two of us and paid for all other meals and drinks when we wanted them. We loved JOIA!
Paradise! On the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen. Service and accommodations were perfection. I also love how there are so many different kinds of beds, cabanas, etc and there was never an issue getting the type of seating you wanted. Everyone who works here is happy and helpful. The food was very good at the restaurants — definitely do the breakfast buffet! But I also would have enjoyed the all inclusive if I went that route because all the hotel restaurants were great. (We did eat off property and enjoyed that too)
Beautiful everything
Lovely place and staff
I had one night there and i did everything i wanted there
Breakfast is amazing
WiFi is good
Food in Marea was amazing for dinner with a live singer
Hote and staff were fantastic but the bed was not comfortable and the room was not cold enough at night. Food was good but definitely not excellent. I will stay there again when I return to Aruba.
By far one of the best vacation experiences I have ever had. Me and my wife went for our honeymoon and it was one of the best weeks I have ever had. The staff was awesome in every way. The rooms felt very modern and clean. We did the bed and breakfast option rather than all inclusive because we wanted to explore the food on the island. The breakfast options were great with a wide variety. The property is also located right across the street from eagle beach. It was by far the most beautiful beach I have ever visited. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to take a vacation.
Very good, new hotel. Best food ever. Bad:
-Water is not included in all incl package, only tap water
-no service at the beach
-service at the pool not comfortable, no qr code to order right at the seats for example
-no self service stations for all incl (fridges to take out beer for example)
