The Pasadena is appointed with ducted heating and cooling throughout, keeping every room comfortable across all seasons. Both bathrooms feature heated towel rails and heating vents for added warmth. Ceiling fans are fitted in Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 for additional airflow.

THE LOCATION:

The Pasadena is on a quiet residential street in Orange, approximately 5 minutes from the city centre. Wiare Reserve — a local park with a playground — is 350m from the front door.



Cook Park, with its gardens, duck pond, and the Guildry market stalls, is a short drive into town. Academy Coffee Roasters is a reliable morning stop, and Lolli Redini's hatted restaurant is worth booking ahead. Duntryleague Golf Course is 3 minutes away on Woodward Street. Swinging Bridge Wines is 6 minutes from the property (5.2 km) and offers wine tastings and canapés by in-house chefs. Heifer Station Wines runs private vineyard picnics for those after something more considered. For shopping, Hawkes General Store, Essential Ingredient, Mary & Tex, and The Sonic are among the boutiques in the CBD. The Orange Aquatic Centre, Orange Tenpin Bowling, Borenore Caves, and the hiking trails at Mount Canobolas are all within easy reach for active groups.

FIRE PIT: This property has a fire pit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers, or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.



PORTACOT: A portacot is available for use during your stay. It will be placed in the home ready for your arrival; please note that setup is the responsibility of guests.
