Fantastic Mini-Vacay

We recently spent a few days at this condo for our 44th anniversary and absolutely loved it! The condo was just as described. It was so clean, updated, and was decorated beautifully. We had a wonderful time sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and walking along the beach. We hope to stay there again soon!

My friend and I enjoyed our girls trip. The beach was great and it was nice that we could rent chairs and an umbrella. We liked the quietness of the building and met some of the friendly owners. The patio furniture was a little heavy and large which made it hard to get around on the patio. Otherwise, we loved the condo and had a great stay. Thank you

Awesome condo with incredible views

Awesome Experience

First trip to AL coast and this location and condo did not disappoint. The home was very well appointed and the updates appear to be new. The location worked well for us as there were plenty of restaurants, grocery, and shopping in the area. More importantly, the beach access was super convenient and the views were amazing. Book this property with confidence.

Condo is beautiful and clean, great location and very close to the beach. Had a problem with getting the gate and that is a separate management grp from the unit itself. Local unit mangement group was great.

Nice, clean and in a good location. One of the two elevators was not operational but was not too much of an issue. Refrigerator icemaker is not shutting off when bin is full and hinders access to freezer from ice overflow if not used for period of time.

Nice renovated condo

Very nice condo. Nice porch and view. Small bathrooms. Door lock kind of strange. Not obvious you have to register with property also to get gate code before you get there (Additional $65). I have never had such a requirement at any other condo/property. Also invasive security/background check requirement.

Great Place - Bad Management Company

The place is beautiful inside and at one of my favorite locations. However, between you and the owner is a property management company named Current Tides. I won’t rent anything they manage again. They were not accommodating to medical emergency issues my wife was having. Also, nickel and dime you for everything.

Vaca 25’

Our family of 4 adults and our 5 yr. old grandson loved the access to the beach and pool. We stayed on the ground floor which wasn’t bad. It was difficult to get in and out of the sliding glass door. It definitely needs some work on it!! The largest bedroom had only a large tub without a shower, very inconvenient . The beds were very uncomfortable, tooo soft. The queen size bed was more like a regular. It was very clean but there needs to be more washcloths. There was some construction going on above us during the day but we weren’t in our room then.Overall it was ok! The staff was nice! Thanks!

Great place to stay

This is an older property but kept up really well. The property was very clean and easily accessible. They were replacing an elevator when we were there but the one working, worked just fine, no issues. I think they are replacing both of them. Bumped into several people that stay at the property each year and they love it. Very short walk to the beach and pool. The beach was not crowded the second/third week of June when we visited. The attendance that get your chairs, etc. where great to work with. We liked being on the 6th floor. Ate lunch/dinner on the patio and watched the waves. Perfect. The South property is next to an undeveloped area, so it is very quiet and you don't have anyone to the West of you. If you are looking for a quiet spot but close to shopping, etc., this is the spot. The room isn't fancy but was nice and clean. Could have used more utensils but that was OK. Shopping in the area was a lot of fun and there are tons of places to eat. We had a great experience and return to this location.
