    Welcome to Unit 1001 at The Oasis (formerly Phoenix West II), one of the most sought-after condos in the building, and for good reason.

    Why guests book this unit over the rest

    Most condos here mean circling for parking, waiting on crowded elevators, and dragging coolers and luggage down long hallways. Not this one. Unit 1001 sits on the parking deck level, so you walk straight from your car to your front door. Unload in minutes and be on the beach before everyone else finds their room.

Our condo was very spacious and the ocean views were amazing. Very convenient to park on the same floor as our unit for loading and unloading. The beds were so comfy and that’s rare for condo rentals. Also, everything worked and we had no issues with appliances. Extra bonus is there was an ice maker for use to ice down drinks for the beach. The amenities were also great. The grill and bar downstairs for a quick snack or beverage is unique to the Oasis. The lazy River and indoor pool were a favorite for our small grandchildren. We had several families staying during this trip and there was plenty of room to spread out. Best condo rental we’ve had in years of coming to the beach. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Condo was as promised, clean, spacious, amazing views and everything you need for a week away from home. Plenty of amenities and I espeially liked the bbq pavillion.and six elevators made traveling in/out very quick. The in condo ice maker is a huge plus! Close to stores and restaurants, you won't be disappointed!

This property was very spacious and allowed us to gather comfortably inside or on the balcony (the balcony is huge!). The views of sunrise and sunset were spectacular, and this condo is close to everything!

The host was fantastic and very responsive. Everything was in working order and extremely clean. The view is also amazing.Our only issue was at check-in for parking passes. We needed 3 and a deciding factor to book the condo. This was confirmed several months before booking. We have littles that require car seats. We were not leaving our vehicles 5 Miles from the property. It was not the fault of the hosts.The property employee was rude to us and unprofessional. The host attempted to problem solve. I hope this issue is alleviated at this point. Other than that the property was top notch and meet all expectations for our family of 10. The amenities were perfect for families and adults.

Loved it!

This condo was beautiful! We took a big family vacation here and we loved it. Corner condo with awesome views! On the 10th floor so you can park on floor 10 and walk right to your condo. We have stayed at the Oasis several times, and this has been my favorite condo yet! Hopefully we can stay again soon.

Large and clean condo, great location, views and parking. The only reason not a 5 is that the bedroom off the living room/ kitchen the bed headboard and frame needs to tighten or bolted its not very stable but all other beds and everything else is fantastic!! Will definitely stay again! Lesley

This condo provided an enjoyable time with family. It met our expectations with the 4 bedrooms and 4-1/2 baths. Excellent location for families with young kids or grand kids. If you don’t have young kids, then when you sit out on the balcony it will be very noisy until 8:30. The 10th floor parking deck was convenient for unloading and loading.

Restful and Roomy

We loved the layout of the condo, the amenities of the property and the location to the beach. The condo itself needed a few kitchen items, and there were some hot and cold bedrooms. We didn't stay in the condo much, so it was tolerable. Being on the 10th floor was great - the view was amazing from the spacious balcony.

Best Spring Break Condo ever

The place was amazing. The view was breath taking and the condo had everything that we needed except for a blow dryer. I would recommend this condominium for any large family. There 3 pools and a lazy river. My kids and I didn’t want to leave. The beds and couches were comfortable and the 1/2 bath was perfect for guest so they didn’t have to enter the bedrooms. I’m in love with this location.

It was fun, I had grandchildren and they loved the ocean, LOVED the water slide and lazy river. Overall very nice. Also, the owner let me make a change to my reservation because my oldest Grandson was graduating on the original day of our reservation and we wouldn't be able to make it so they just let us change it to the next 2 days. Thank you so much for that. We enjoyed.....

Balcony was awesome. Very large and spacious with beautiful views. Railing had some sharp edges in places so had to be careful. Condo was pretty and had plenty of furniture. Beds were comfortable. Exhaust fans in a couple of the bathrooms were noisy. Air conditioner was also loud on start up. There were also quite a few electrical outlets that didn’t work. Sliding doors to the patio were hard to slide and one didn’t work at all. We also had a real estate agent come by twice to view and show the condo which I didn’t care for. All in all it was a great vacation. The cafe/bar downstairs was nice to have on-site.

This condo is amazing! We have stayed in multiple condos in different properties but none can compare. Because it is a corner unit, each of the 4 bedrooms have a beautiful ocean view with sliding doors opening onto a balcony. Prior to arrival, I reached out to the owner with a few questions and she is so quick to respond with very helpful and accommodating information. The unit is beautiful, the ocean view is amazing, it’s very clean, perfectly decorated with plenty of comfortable seating and bedding. We would highly recommend it, and hope to stay here again next year!
