#### Beautiful property

We had a nice last minute weekend getaway at this property. The condo was extremely clean and we had a beautiful view/sound of the ocean. The staff at the property could be visually seen cleaning and making sure the common areas were clean as well, and were very courteous and pleasant.

#### Wonderful Weekend

Angela with Beach Life was so awesome and helpful. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Nice views from the 11th floor. Great location to everything! We enjoyed the pools and easy access to the beach. Highly recommend!!

The apartment was super clean, very comfortable beds and a great location. We did have a problem with parking spaces being over booked. This was our first trip to Orange Beach as we usually go to Destin. OB did not disappoint and we will be back, hopefully at Summerchase.

#### Perfect Getaway

Summerchase 1104 welcomed us perfectly for our vacation trip from Texas! Beautiful decor and furnishings made us feel right at home. The living room furniture was comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable, the master bathroom was spacious, we loved the shower, and we were provided plenty of towels for our stay. The kitchen had good pots, pans, glassware, cups, and plates. We cooked several nights, and it was perfect. The view was amazing and the balcony provided a comfortable place to relax. I would consider the pool to be a bit small for such a big condo but we were lucky at the times we went and enjoyed it. Getting to the beach was a short walk which was a plus. Communication was excellent with Beach Life Vacation Rentals! Providing great customer service is always a way to make guests come back. Our family will certainly stay here again if we travel to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast in Orange Beach, Alabama!

#### Wonderful Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean and nicely decorated. Shopping is just across the street. We like to cook, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing! Angela was great to work with. We appreciated the "no fees" approach. Overall, we would recommend the condo and working with Beach Life Vacations.

#### Excellent stay and accommodations

We had a wonderful stay at the Summerchase condominium. The views are breath taking, everything was clean, accessible, and well taken care of. OBA has such nice beaches and things to do all around. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Perfect location if you are going to The Wharf but also want to stay on the beach. Condo was cute and clean and management team was very responsive. Bedding in both bedrooms is so good. I would definitely return.
