Shoalwater 205 is a three-bedroom, two-bath, beautifully decorated condo with modern updates, located in the heart of Orange Beach. The unit has STUNNING Gulf-front views from the 2nd floor.

Condo Features:

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom

• Tile and vinyl plank flooring is throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything that you could need. The dining table seating four and there are four barstools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• Third bedroom features twin-over-full bunk and twin trundle (*children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry

• Maximum of two cars allowed

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

We had a great stay here and will definitely be back! The condo was beautifully decorated! Everything was thought of down to the little things like having games for guests to use and an empty pantry for guests to use as well!

We were very impressed with the care of the complex, the property is very well maintained from the pool to the grass. Had some noise from the condo next door but not to bad. Condo itself was in decent shape, the dryer itself was very old and should be replaced. Overall we were pleased and would stay there again.

Overall great! Lovely location, close to restaurants and Publix and local grocery store. Fridge even had water/ice dispenser. Only big complaint is the primary bedroom has a terribly soft and uncomfortable mattress. Needs to be replaced. Also, sheets were not soft. Very low quality. Very convenient to stairs and garbage shoot. Easy access to the pool and beach.

Great week at Shoalwater

The condo is in a convenient location on the Al coast. The building is not huge which meant the beach and pools weren’t too crowded. The unit is well furnished and has a solid beach view! It was easy to work with the itrip team and they promptly addressed our 1 issue (a tv remote needed batteries). A great week at the beach!

Great Orange Beach Condo!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Shoalwater 205. The condo was beautifully decorated and had an amazing view of Orange Beach! The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were plenty of space for our family of six and it was stocked with enough supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc. to get by until we could get to a store. The extra amenities - indoor and outdoor pool - were perfect when you needed a break from the sun. The location was perfect and near all the major attractions. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available along the beach for $35 (two chairs + umbrella) if needed, which was perfect for our family. Construction Update: Shoalwater is still under construction as of July 14th. This did limit our use of the balcony and certainly made for loud construction noise during the day (workers arrive before 8am and usually were gone by 5pm). We were lucky to be able to get out of the condo during the day, but afternoon naps for kids were not an option with the noise. It’s also important to note that to get to the beach you have to walk around the side of the building under covered scaffolding, it’s safe but an inconvenience, not enough to stop us from going to the beach and pool! We would certainly stay in Shoalwater again, but might give it a year before going back so they can finish the work!

Great beach

The condo was decorated so cute. The inside of the condo itself was clean but the property was not it just felt dirty and rundown. There was a lot of food and trash left by the construction company so the walk to the beach wasn’t great. Also the picture of the pool aren’t quite accurate the chairs, in person, have aged quite a bit.
