In addition to the king-sized bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a bathtub, the living room offers a queen-sized sleeper sofa complete with blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep. Guests can also enjoy the full bathroom with a walk-in shower, ensuring everyone has the space and amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The open-concept kitchen is designed for your comfort, offering clear views of the ocean and easy conversations with those relaxing in the living room or watching TV. It features an island with four stools and is outfitted with all the cookware, kids' dishware, dishes, utensils, spices, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. For dining, enjoy a meal outside on the balcony at the high-top table with seating for four, or comfortably host family dinners in the spacious kitchen.

The living room features a 55" TV with ample seating for everyone to enjoy, making it a perfect spot for entertainment. The condo offers direct beach access, allowing you to step right onto the sandy shores at your leisure. While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, the condo itself serves as a tranquil outdoor sanctuary for guests. You will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of your stay, including HOA amenities:

The Neighborhood:

Harbour Place is a smaller complex surrounded by like size condos which allows guests to enjoy the beach without the crowds. It is within walking distance to several seafood restaurants and shopping centers.

Getting Around:

Guest parking is first come, first serve. There is covered garage parking and non-covered parking.



Guests are allowed 2 parking spots per unit.



Uber and Lyft are available.

🅿️ One parking pass is included with the rental however, if you do need a second parking pass, please let us know right away. There is an additional charge for the second parking pass.





★IMPORTANT★

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 on time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
