\*\*Please note that this home is in a new developing neighborhood. All amenities (pool area) are complete and open. However there is still ongoing construction on other homes. \*\*

\* Rental agreement will need to be signed before Check-in information is sent.  
\* Age Restriction is 21 years or older. Refunds will not be given for anyone trying to rent that is not 21 years or older.

\* Parking- has 3 parking spots in driveway. No u-hauls, trailers, boats, etc.

#### Perfect!

This property couldn’t have been more perfect for our end of the summer vacation with our teens. The place was beautiful with plenty of room for everyone and a beautiful kitchen to cook in. The pool is wonderful and the host was very responsive with any questions I had. We will definitely return!

#### Great Home to Stay!!

I gave all Five stars!! We stayed here for Mardi Gras weekend. It was a short few min walk to the main road for the parade, to avoid all the traffic. The home was beautiful and brand new! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Comfy beds and very very clean! The host was very sweet and quick to reply with any questions I had. We will be staying here again next year!!
