"Hotel is currently under remodel. Did not hear any noise on the weekend. We were on the third floor, which they have already remodeled. No coffee pot in the room. Bummer. Everything else was great except the motion detection light in the bathroom. Get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and the light comes on because you are moving around in the bathroom. Don’t need a bright light in my eyes at 1 :00 AM in the morning."

"The hotel is set up next to the mountains and was a wonder, the serene environment was obvious from the start. The staff from the front desk to the daily transportation from our room back to the top main lobby by golf cart was attentive, professional and very accommodating. We had a girls trip and stayed in one of the Casitas with access out our back to the Adults only pool. I was amazed at the beautiful setting and the relaxed feeling of sitting poolside with nature all around. My rating was a "4" because the resort is a bit worn around the edges but because of the staff and the setting I can not wait to visit again! Thank you to everyone that made it so special!"

"The only thing that was misleading was the fact that we were booking a room at the Lodge and not the Hotel. However, the room at the Lodge was spacious & well appointed. The staff was exceedingly attentive & helpful. We will definitely stay there again when in Tucson."
