We loved our time at this great cottage! It was very clean and cozy,, and. In a very convenient location. We enjoyed sitting on the dock looking at a beautiful lake and sky, hiking bald mountain, and lunch at saddleback pub- a wonderful place to get away!
We loved our stay! It was cozy yet surprisingly more spacious than the pics reveal! Well appointed with everything you need! Super peaceful and yet just a short jaunt down the road to groceries, restaurants and all your needs! Would love to come back and rent out the entire place for a family reunion week! Just lovely!
My husband and I stayed here for a little getaway. Easy communication, very responsive, great to work with. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for 3 days there. It would have been nice to have another couple of to help with the heat at night. I am looking forward to being able to go back again!

We loved the cabin very much everything was clean and beds were comfortable Morton and Furbish were very good to rent from I only have one wish and that was the price very expensive for two days if it was three days it would've been better
The cabin was cute and well laid out. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a meal. The bbq grill was in good order. Something to keep in mind is that this cabin does not have AC but their are ceiling fans and smaller fans provided. The water pressure in the shower made up for the lack of AC 😊
The view was amazing from the cabin and especially so from the waterfront. This spot is family friendly and dog friendly, Our boys, 11&14, loved fishing off the docks and swimming to the raft to jump in. It’s a beautiful area with lots of different areas to explore.
We would stay here again.
We always have a nice stay every year everyone is so friendly we'll be back this year

Nostalgic Cabin
I spent my school vacations/summers at Haines Landing when I was a kid, as my grandparents owned Cabin 3 up front. My family wanted to regroup up here and show our kids what a summer was like at Haines Landing. We were able to get 4 different rentals in the area between 18 of us. My family stayed in 7 Spruce and it was perfect. I love these log cabins; hearing the screen door slam felt like childhood. My kids had a blast, as did the rest of us. It was nice to use at least one of the cabins like old times. Thanks for the opportunity to stay here. It meant a lot to our whole family.

lush green area and lovely lake
My daughter and I enjoyed our week in this well-appointed log cabin. The weather did not cooperate (during our week in mid-August); the cabin has no A/C and was too hot for sleeping when it was 90 degrees in daytime. It takes a long time for those logs to release heat. We enjoyed hiking in the area (Bald Mt, Coos Canyon, Cascade Falls, Piazza Rock etc.). The cabin overlooks beautiful Mooselookmeguntic Lake. If you love kayaking, canoeing, sailing, or power boating (or fishing), this is the place for you. While not the best time of year for wildlife sightings, we saw moose feeding in a lake, an ermine, and heard many loons.
I strongly recommend this property in fall. Sep/Oct should be perfect. The cabin has a propane gas fireplace and lovely living room sitting area and front porch. There are some good restaurants just down the road in Rangeley.
