Wonderful Villa Butterfly is located on a slope 7 km from the town of Opatija on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula. This gorgeous villa is characterized by the spectacular sea view and the fragrant floral garden.
The property of the Villa Butterfly has 960 m2 and the accommodation itself boasts 260 m2. The charming villa has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. This vacation home also possesses a summer kitchen, a barbecue, and an outdoor dining area.
The ground floor of the villa has a charming kitchen with a cozy living area with an exit to the terrace. The alfresco outdoor dining table in front of the villa will be ideal for a family meal on a warm evening.
The stairs take you to the upper floor where the bedrooms are. 4 bedrooms are modern and comfortable, and each comes with an en-suite bathroom and lovely park and sea views. Here is a terrace with gorgeous views of the verdant and coastal landscape. This place will be perfect for your first-morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening.
The central position on the property has a large swimming pool of 32 m2. Around the pool, their places have found 8 beach chairs and 2 sun umbrellas. This area is hidden from curious glances because of the bushes and the greenery. Lush Mediterranean plants successfully give this part of property privacy.
Villa is placed near the Ucka Nature Park which is really worth visiting! Other places you should visit are Opatija, Pula, Porec, Rovinj, wonderful Brijuni National Park. When in Istria we also recommend trying their traditional dishes, such as boskarin – autochthonous Istrian ox and truffles – gold-worthy subterraneous mushrooms. Istrian ham and olive oil are also delicious. If you are an olive oil fan, you can visit the Museum of Olive Oil in Pula. For wine fans, try high-quality wines Malvazija, Teran, Muskat, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
