The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to its view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny hillside location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard. Shared facilities include a children's playground, a swing, a sandbox, and a table tennis table. **Location** Dobreć, 340 m ASL. The holiday house is situated on a 1000 sqm open garden plot and woodland plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
