The living and dining area serves as the central gathering space, furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and provides direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and versatile sleeping arrangement. The second bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and its own direct exit to the terrace, making it a particularly pleasant and self-contained space. A second shower and WC is available separately for the use of the remaining guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and a microwave. The furnished terrace extends to 10 m2 and offers a partial view of the town.
