Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus, in der oberen Etage, diese sind aber überaus herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Vermieter waren an sich nett doch es haperte bei der Kommunikation und bei kleinen Vergehen wurde man bereits unfreundlich angeschnauzt. Alles in allem zu empfehlen wenn man eine Kostengünstige alternative zu einem Hotel sucht. Ein Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus, ist aber nicht für Busse (T5) und Pickups geeignet. Es ist sehr ruhig und schön. Der Kiesstrand ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten über viele Treppen zu erreichen (ca. 300 Meter und viele Höhenmeter). Der Vermieter kann ein bisschen deutsch und ist sehr freundlich und tierlieb.
