The apartments are accessible from the first floor, while the apartments on the other side are located on the second floor. Relax on the spacious property with various Mediterranean plants, flowers and fruit trees. There is also a shared barbecue at your disposal. The pool in the garden offers refreshments on hot summer days. Both apartments offer a magnificent panoramic view of the sea from the terrace. Ika is a small fishing and tourist town near the famous Opatija Riviera, where you can enjoy numerous cultural and sports events. The nature park U?ka is also worth a visit. Right next to Ika are the town of Lovran and the famous tourist town of Opatija. Taste local gastronomic specialties in nearby restaurants. For refreshment in the summer warmth there are many beautiful beaches, in Ika itself as well as in Medveja, Mo??eni?ka Draga and Brse?
