Located on the north side of Masterton with easy access to Masterton, Greytown, Carterton, regional vineyards and the Tararua Ranges. Also a short drive to all that the Wairarapa has to offer, 45 mins to Castlepoint and Riversdale, 45 mins to Martinborough and 90 minutes to Wellington. This modern studio comes equipped with a well appointed kitchenette including a full size fridge, stove top electric oven, microwave and all cooking utensils. The studio also has separate living and sleeping facilities as well as a sperate bathroom, includes a mains pressure shower, toilet, basin and mirror cabinet.
