The house is located in a quiet location, only 500m from the huge sandy beach, the nature reserves with forest and dunes. The house is detached and located in a large garden (800sqm) with mature trees. In the establishment we have attached importance to a friendly and summery holiday atmosphere, which reveals the proximity to the sea. So the house is predominantly in the colors white, blue and red held. The spacious living / dining area extends over the entire width of the house and is particularly bright through windows to 3 sides. A double-winged door leads to the south-facing terrace. The living room has a fireplace for decoration. It is furnished with a rattan sofa / divan with many cozy pillows and 2 wicker armchairs. The dining area has a square glass table and 6 folding chairs. Younger children can use a TripTrap chair. A small TV, a DVD player with div. DVDs and Internet (WLAN) are available. The kitchen is well furnished and was partially renovated in the spring of 2017 with new stove, new sink and new worktop. Dishwasher and microwave are available; Freezer is in the utility room. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed (160 x 200) and one with bunk beds. 2 of the bedrooms have a wardrobe, in the 3rd Bedroom is a shelf. All bedrooms have their own sink. The bathroom was completely renovated in the spring of 2017\. It has new shower as well as new sink and toilet and new floor tiles. In the utility room there is the freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer and another sink. The house has 2 terraces; one in front of the dining room facing south and one in front of the living area to the west. A garden table with 4 chairs can be used outside. There are also 2 Klappliegestühle. From the middle of April to the beginning of October, our own beach cabin is available to our guests. This is free at the end of the main beach, where the "building" with beach cabins lights up. Here it is not crowded even in the high season. The dunes are shallower, so you can retreat to the dunes. The new small beach restaurant is about 100m away and offers drinks, ice cream and snacks. Upon request, our guests can use the 2 folding chairs, a wooden table and a windscreen on the beach. Sehr viele gut augebaute Fahrradwege in direkter Nähe machen Lust auf Entdeckungstour zu gehen. Am Strand war durch die eigene Strandkabine immer der Platz reserviert. Das Haus ist groß, hat einen sehr großen Garten mit schattenspendenen Bäumen ist und für mehrere Personen gut geeignet und gut ausgestattet (deutsches TV ab Sender 450 ist in der Senderliste erkennbar und Föhn haben wir immer selber dabei). En wat sfeer in de kamer brengen, in meubels en verlichting. Lounge meubels in de fantastische tuin zou ook een mooie upgrade zijn. Leider stimmt dort etwas nicht, dann es ist ein solcher Muff im Haus, dass man glaubt überall sei Schimmel. Selbst heizen udn lüften und Parfür versprühen hilft nicht. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und mussten - wieder zu Hause angekommen - die gesamte Wäsche mehrmals waschen (auch auf 90 Grad) und immer wieder lüften bevor sie überhaupt weiter nutzen konnten. Dabei mussten wir einige Kleidungsstücke und auch Taschen und Rucksächke sogar entsorgen :-( Der Vermieter hat sich entschuldigt und will sich kümmern. Eine Entschädigung gab es nicht. Vor einer Anmietung raten wir dringend den Zustand und eventuelle Entschädigugen im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter abzuklären. ##### Bettina W. Leider ist die Ausstattung des Hauses in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise kaputt und es riecht im Haus sehr muffig. Die Küchenausstattung ist nicht vollständig (zu wenige Kaffeelöffel, keine Eierbecher…) Wir fühlten uns leider nicht wohl im Haus… Positiv ist anzumerken, dass der Vermieter uns hinsichtlich der Mängel (kaputte Lampe, schmutzige Schränke, blinder Spiegel, dreckige Kissen) finanziell eine Mieterstattung zukommen ließ. ##### Christina B. Sehr schöne Wander und Radwege in angrenzendem Wald und Strandgebiet. Die Dusche im Bad bedarf einer Erneuerung ist leider sehr klein. Ansonsten einfache, zweckmäßig Ausstattung. ##### Claude F.
