Place was very clean and the location was secluded. Only minutes from shallowford road and less than 30 minutes from downtown. The only problem I had was bumping my head a couple time on the ceiling after waking up. Would definitely stay again.
Literally one of the best places to stay. All the hospitable touches made it amazing. It was nice to have staples in house and the ability to cook and have coffee. I would definitely stay again! The beds were comfy although do mind your head when entering and exiting. Even with that 10 out of 10!!!! Also so clean and easy to check in!!
Super cute tiny house with everything we needed. Clean and fun. Feels like you are way out in the country but a short drive into town. Will stay again!
A lovely stay in a tranquil spot -- birds by day and fireflies by night. The fire pit was great and we had many enjoyable evenings outside. Some minor noise from nearby roads but otherwise exceptionally secluded. The house itself is just what you see in the pictures: small, modern, well-proportioned, everything you need. Overall a lovely stay and we'll come again.
Loved this little home and the quaintness of it. I have never been so impressed by the cleanliness of a place; it was spotless and everything was just right. Super cute, very quiet. There are houses around but never a disturbance or thought of sharing space.
This tiny home was a fun and unique place to stay. My kids loved the beds near the ceilings and the outdoor fire pit for S'mores was hit! The shower was nice, and plenty of towels and multiple kitchen items made this stay homey and comfortable. There are several homes on the property so while the kids played outside we tried to remain respectful of close neighbors. The owner was responsive the one time we reached out. We used the Wi-Fi, tv, and played some games that were available. Would stay again.
Booked a stay here to escape the damage from the hurricane and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Clean, comfy beds; WiFi, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, snacks, you name it. The tiny home is oddly spacious and so lovely. Gorgeous views and very private. I wish every city had a listing like this because we were blown away. Will definitely be staying here again!
Booked the tiny home for a week because of it's proximity to the Collegedale area and how cute and modern it looked in the photos. We were NOT disappointed. It was the perfect size for a couple and had all the amenities we needed. It was close enough to Chattanooga when we needed to buy anything or go out to eat, but also far enough away from the city to feel serene and secluded. Andrew was a great host - responsive and always made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to book this tiny home the next time we're in town!needed.

This is easily the best tiny home I've stayed in. Everything was modern, clean, and gorgeous. It was far from the city but close at the same time. The property owner answered all my questions before I asked them. Mr. Andy your the best. We will be coming back soon!!!!!!!!
Wow. It has been days since we left and I feel as I am just now able to find the words to properly describe how amazing our stay was.
The house is spectacular. There is so much more space than we anticipated. Nothing felt cramped. Everything was spotless. The bathroom and shower are stunning. The kitchen, which was stocked with anything I forgot, was basically gourmet. I was able to cook multiple meals for our family without issue and had plenty of space, supplies, and equipment to do so. The beds were comfortable, the linens cozy, and the views were unreal.
We brought our two kids, ages seven and four. They shared the queen loft and my husband and I took the king. The property was so beautiful, with so much to wander, that we never even turned on the tv. We bought flashlights and walkie talkies for the kids and let them roam. There were board games to play and plenty of fire for the fire pit.
The host was exceptional. He made certain we had anything we needed and then some. He was amazing at communicating with us and available to answer any questions as they came up.
After staying here, my husband said that he only wants to vacation like this for as long as we can until our children are too big to share a bed. I cannot recommend this place enough. My kids gave it “12/10 stars” and I have to say that I agree.
Just as pictured. So clean and beautifully decorated. Great stopover on our way to Alabama.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was the first time we had ever stayed in a tiny home, and after staying here we would certainly do it again. There was more than enough room for us. The rooms were clean and we wanted for nothing. If we needed to get in contact with the host, he was readily available… and for that I would give this tiny home, and host, five stars!
Comfortable and clean retreat. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the small touches that mean a lot when you are traveling. We would definitely rebook if we are back in the area.
Andy was very kind and the home is pristine. Well done, thank you for hosting. Pls let me know if you acquire any more that are perhaps a tad bit more secluded or with a great scenery. I'd encourage others to use this home.
My daughter totally loved the tiny home. I think her words were, "It's so cute!" But I liked it too, had everything we needed and then some without the needless bloat. Suggestion. Put a unit number on the A frame as well as the tiny house to differentiate if they are technically the same address. We were a bit confused initially as the house was difficult to see at night behind the privacy fence.Overall an outstanding facility and experience. Will definitely stay again if possible.
This was our first experience with a tiny home, so we weren’t familiar with how low the ceilings above the beds would be. No fault to the property here, because I assume that’s how most are! The remainder of the home was really good space-wise! Our biggest challenges at this property were the shower and windows. The shower would not last on hot water for more than a few minutes and turn very cold. When I messaged the host, he was very nice and communicative, but did let us know he was aware of it which was confusing since no other reviews had mentioned it and unfortunately there wasn’t a real fix to this. The shower itself was very clean and beautiful like the other reviews mentioned! The home sits off a long driveway behind a street of homes. There is another home on the property which is separated by a privacy fence. There are also a few barns on property. Only two windows in the home had pull-down shades. Although this home is marketed as on a large amount of acreage, with those barns there and seeing people go in and out of them, along with the sunrise, it would have been nice to have the option to cover all windows/door on the ground floor. We ended up clipping towels over them for added privacy and shade. Overall, I’m glad we tried this tiny home experience and the actual space served well for a couple in town to celebrate a family wedding. This property will hold a special place in our hearts as we got engaged ourselves here near the fire pit/back porch area!
