This is an absolutely excellent place to stay. Clean, comfortable, convenient with many special extra touches (toothbrushes, toiletries you may have forgotten). Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. I can't say enough.

Stayed here in October 2025 on a business trip where I had meetings at the University of Toronto nearby. The property managers were super-responsive via text messaging, including making sure my arrival & check-in/obtaining the room keys went smoothly. Clean, great location right next to U of T, & super walkable with tons of dining nearby. Checkout was easy, and my deposit was returned as promised with no issues. Would stay here again!
