"Great food, super great staff, very nice location "

"A beautiful and quiet villa nestled at the edge of Mandello de Lario. We stayed in a suite, away from the main villa, with a private garden and a lake view. We also had a pontoon and small beach outside our suite allowing us to swim undisturbed in Lake Como, We loved how secluded and quiet the resort felt, as if it were own. Breakfast in the private garden each morning was a must, again making you feel like it was your own holiday home. All amenities were in excellent condition and clean. Staff were discreet, but very attentive when required. "

"Our one night stay at the hotel was easily our favorite night of our two week trip. The room was absolutely stunning, everything was clean and every little detail of the room lay out, the dinner menu at the hotel restaurant, and the staff met every expectation and beyond. We had trouble getting a taxi to and from the hotel because we happened to be there on May 1st, and the staff at the front desk spent a lot of time and effort calling taxis for us so we didn’t miss our flight back home. Every staff member was incredibly kind and pleasant to interact with. I’m honestly sad we didn’t stay there longer. Thank you!! "

"Location was nice right on the lake. The breakfast was great. Staff at check in were good but otherwise no real contact with many. The room had an unusual set up and was difficult to access/store our bags. There was no surface or space big enough to put them (we had small bags!). The shower was in the same room as the bed. Bathroom area was clean and modern except it only had a sheer curtain on the giant window and didn’t offer much privacy when the lights were on (this was REALLY weird!). It’s a nice, clean updated hotel/room. Maybe other rooms are set up differently??"

"We loved our stay here. The staff was so kind, and allowed us to check in early since we arrived 4 hours before usual check-in time. The hotel is very spacious and rooms were so quiet. Could not hear neighbors at all. Breakfast, while not included in room cost, had a good variety and it was nice to not have to go searching for a good cup of coffee and food around town first thing in the morning. The location was perfect for our trips to Bellagio and Como. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They have a communal lounge area where you can hang out and grab a drink, patio tables outside, and a restaurant that on its own is worth the visit. The breakfast was amazing and very filling. Rooms are serviced every day. Our apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. We chose to walk to and from the lake and although steep in parts, it is totally doable. There is a dedicated path so you aren’t walking on the road. They also offered to shuttle us which came in handy when we needed to catch our train the last day. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel was fine staff was fantastic. The dinner at the restaurant was ok. Portions were a little on the small size considering the price. The road up to the hotel is challenging to be honest."
