"HOME PLATE APT 2" is a second floor (fully air- conditioned) 3 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, eat-in kitchen, living room with a 50" smart TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 40" inch or greater smart TV’s as well. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other two have full size beds. For families / friends that wish to group together, “HOME PLATE APT 1” is on the first floor and sleeps 6 as well with the same exact layout. Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
