Fred's was an older property, but was very unique and a diamond in the rough staff was very nice. It was perfect for what we needed it for great overnight stay

This was an excellent stay! It was a surprising little hideaway in what I consider to be a remote place. It’s not The Four Seasons, but it is clean, safe, quiet, offering all of the things that one needs for a comfortable stay. The only thing in the room that didn’t work was the actual phone, which, if you have a cell phone, is really not a deal at all. Pretty comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, ample parking, and wonderful staff! Bob was so great and very helpful! And, I was so very happy that food delivery service services actively work in the area and Fred’s Inn is down the street from a pretty substantial shopping center. If you have to stay in Norwich New York, I do very much recommend Fred’s Inn.

We only stayed on night at Fred’s Inn - we were enroute to Cooperstown - so this location was near enough to get us to Cooperstown bright and early the next day. The room was spacious and comfortable - so don’t let the vintage decor fool you.

I was very pleased with my stay at Fred's Inn. Our room was clean, quite, and cozy. There was plenty of parking. The food was delicious. The staff at the bar / restaurant were friendly and helpful (we checked in and out with the bartender). This place is truly a hidden gem.

We stayed for 1 night as we were driving through, there was plenty of parking available, we arrived at night the area felt safe. The bed was soooo comfortable! We are bed snobs and typically only like Hilton beds, this had a bed with the comfort level of Hilton. We would definitely stay again!

It’s hard to find a good hotel in a smaller town sometimes but Fred’s inn was great. Clean, easy check in, and they serve food till 9pm if you need it. The stay was perfect and the price reasonable. If I had to go back to that town I would stay there again
