First floor - Kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom all nice and clean. Kitchen sink needs to new drain stoppers(no big deal). 4 bedrooms, one full bath and washer dryer upstairs. Bedroom carpets are not the cleanest. Some spots a little crunchy. Upstairs shower, water pressure is fair, shower head is pretty close to the wall though. Ac window units in each room, all worked well. Upstairs has a slight smell (middle bedroom mainly) over all nice place to stay. Close to town and Cooperstown all star village. Surrounding area is not bad.
