Staff were super friendly. Breakfasts over the road by the riverside was great. Reasonable selection with egg omelet station. Rooms were a good size and clean. Came with good AC and a dehumidifier which was nice to keep room dry.
Nice pool with kids area and a small gym. 150 baht to centrel Chang Mai by tuk tuk or about 1.5km walk
Nice water features koi.ponds and gardens made it a relaxing stay

Located in the old city, this is a beautiful property with all rooms facing the courtyard and pool. I loved the Thai decor and traditional touches throughout. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful.
