"The room was spacious for 3 pax with 3 separate beds. We had a northern view of the valley in the direction of the atomic museum. It’s a business hotel, so it has high standards of service. Staff do understand English but don’t speak it well, so may have some communication issues. It’s possible to walk from the train station but a taxi ride would cost just 670yen, so may be worth if you are tired. The location is between the train station and the northern attractions such as the museum and other things related to the atomic bombing. There is also a very nice shopping mall called Cocowalk. They all accessible by trams or walking (all within 2km). The hotel is also connected to a 24hr Family Mart which was really convenient too. "

"The rooftop onsen was wonderful. There were massage chairs waiting on the way out of the bath. The room was small but perfect for one or a cozy couple. Everything was clean. Sometimes it’s hard to find the hotel when leaving the station but I had no trouble because I saw the sign on the building as soon as I exited. For US$222, it was an amazing deal."

"One of the more inexpensive official hotel option of HTB. It’s quite a walk from the HTB station. So if you get there before 11am, believe there is a shuttle that could pick you up from the carpark. I didn’t take it as I found out only when I got to the hotel, but managed to take the shuttle when leaving. This shuttle operates every 20 mins and last shuttle is just after 11am. Weekday and weekend schedules are different. However, please note that there is usually nobody at the reception before 3pm. This place is highly self serve. They strictly do not allow early check in, and charge late checkout by the hour. If you want to leave your luggage there before you check in, knock on the door behind reception counter to get staff attention. Eco friendly, so personal amenities are to be picked up at reception after check in. The room was very clean, new and spacious with door separating sleeping and rest of the room. There are vending machines at the lobby as a karaoke soundproof cubicle for rent there as well. A self managed minimart for snacks as well. Overall a very good experience. "

"Only downside is it's a 20 minute walk from the Nagasaki station, so with bags it can be a bit of a workout (sidewalks are uneven paving stones). Can take the tram, but it is very crowded, or the bus. Room was very nice, laundry on site, and a nice cafe."

"Enjoyed my stay here. Room was large and bathtub was nicely sized and comfortable for soaking in after lots of walking. Hotel staff were amazing and very helpful. Location was very convenient and located right next to Amu plaza and Nagasaki station. Would definitely stay again."

"Travelling by bicycle. Although there is no “official” place to park a bike, the staff found a spot in a back room to store it for me. Much appreciated. "
