Beautiful hotel and great staff. The food was excellent and the architecture and atmosphere of the building was amazing- a true historic building.

Friendly reception staff, very good location - close to coffee shops/restaurants & 5-10 mins walk to Old Town, train station, local shops. Room was a decent size, some noise from the outside - You could hear the other guests outside chatting.
Shower wasn't the best, took awhile to get the right setting/temperature, mattress was hard.

Room needed some maintenance, ie. Side light not working, cracked mug, dusty radiators, shower rail and towel rail required securing. All worked but a little care goes a long way. Coffee, milk and black tea required in room not just mint tea and sugar.

We booked the suite room in this family run Château. We came away without the children for a weekend of peace & quiet but the family have children and a baby, the baby cried during the day and in the evening we heard a lot of banging on the floor above our room. It’s not pleasant if you want time ...
