Beautiful Chateau although the staff didn’t communicate any of the facilities. The room we booked did not compare to the one received and when questioned we were told nothing else was available. Access was poor as the lift was out of service and the steep stairwells would have challenged Sherpa tensing

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

DO NOT book this hotel. Made my reservation well in advance and when I had travelled 12 hours to get to this hotel for what I thought was going to be a romantic weekend the hotel was completely shut and gated up. The drive up to the hotel was also really sketchy. It's next to a hospital and kids sporting grounds covered in graffiti and rubbish. Do not be deceived by the photos. The grounds are awful and the owner obviously doesn't care about the customers. Appalling service. Please please don't ruin your holiday like I did.

Une véritable catastrophe, nous sommes partis sans même y dormir et ce après seulement une heure. Aucun services, jacuzzi en panne, pas de personnel pour le petit-déjeuner, donc pas de petit déjeuner. Hôtel en restructuration, nous étions les seuls clients. Rien à voir avec les services proposés sur le site. Nous avons payé et fuit l'hôtel.

Un bon moment

Le lieux et le château sont incroyables, le personnel est très agréable, par contre les rénovations du château ne sont pas terminées et il manque du personnel pour l'entretien du château et le service.Néanmoins nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.
