Advice was that it would be an upgrade whereas in fact we were put in a very dated hotel with an unclean room with terrible carpet stains, non functioning smoke alarm, poky shower with curtain and shower rose which hardly functioned. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience and grossly overpriced. Wir standen morgens um halb Acht vor einem verschlossenen Restaurant. Die Rezeption hat erst um 8:00 geöffnet. Erst dann haben wir erfahren, dass wir auswärts Frühstücken müssen. An ersten Tag gab es auch keinen Roomservice und es wurde nichts gemacht. Ausstattung und gesamte Einrichtung war sehr alt und abgewohnt.
