"Those at the front desk weren’t very welcoming and talked among themselves while standing there being unacknowledged. One of our biggest reasons for booking here was the heated swimming pool, however it wasn’t heated but very cold. The coffee from barista in breakfast room was terrible and very expensive. ..."
