Last day we had to use the common showers at reception to get ready and they were in a very very poor condition! It was a complete disappointment and ruined the whole stay

The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena.
