"Sami beach hotel is beautifully designed-it is absolutely gorgeous but the best is the owners Roula and her husband who are warm and friendly,the entire staff is exceptionally professional, polite and knowledgeable which is a clear reflection of a family run business.They all made us feel like family,made sure we were comfortable, words can’t express how happy we were and sad that we left-we are definitely planning on coming back again. "Beautiful property, the suites are done to a high standard and are exceptionally clean. A lot of care is taken to mainting the property to a high standard. The staff at reception are very helpful and efficient. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to kefalonia."
