Hotels.com had the name wrong so it took a half hour to check in when I got Checked in I couldn’t use the wifi because I couldn’t log in because the name wasn’t registered in the database. When I went to shower there was no soap in the dispenser. I pry wouldn’t recommend to anyone honestly.
