David and Daniel were exceptional hosts during our recent 3 week stay in Bucharest. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met without making us feel like clients or customers. The atmosphere of the reception area sets the comforting mood for a great experience. The room we stayed at was clean and quiet. The fresh morning coffees and espressos set the mood for amazing days. Conservations with the staff were never forced but felt genuine. We will definitely stay here next time we visit. Please give Princess a loving scratch under her chin from us! We had a fabulous stay and will definitely return again. The spa was supposed to be closed during our stay and they managed to open it which was an added bonus. Unfortunately, there was a leak in the apartment above which made this apartment smell bad. The host apologized profusely. I didn’t think it was going to be a problem. Unfortunately the workers they had upstairs working on the property were smoking heavily and most of my stay I could smell smoke and loud construction noise. I reached out a few times and they tried to get the workers to stop smoking, but it didn’t seem to work very well. If it were not for the unfortunate circumstances of the flooding with that smell and the constant smoke in the apartment I would’ve given this a five star review all day long.
