Each apartment has two bedrooms, a fully equipped separate kitchen with oven, a spacious living room with TV (satellite connection) and a comfortable sofa, which offers plenty of space to relax and socialize. As well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. One apartment has a double bedroom. WiFi is available in the apartment and can be booked on request. Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. For longer stays, we are happy to add towels. Each apartment has a parking space. Behind the house there is a large lawn for playing, relaxing and soaking up the sun, as well as a barbecue area with grill and seating. The house Elpe is near Olsberg. It is located in an idyllic quiet area and contains 2 holiday apartments with 4 beds each. The individual apartments have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with satellite TV and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. In the outdoor area there are parking spaces and a double garage, which you can use free of charge. Kautions-Abzocke mit Schaden Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen für 4 Nächte im gesamten Ferienhaus, um für ein paar Tage die Umgebung zu erwandern. Die Ferienwohnungen sind funktional ausgestattet, jedoch gibt es diverse Mängel. Im Untergeschoss riecht es feucht/muffig. Außerdem ist die Deckenhöhe so, das Normalgewachsene nur gebückt gehen können. Auch die Treppe, die die Wohnungen verbindet, ist extrem schmal. Im Erdgeschoss funktioniert der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer nicht. Er war gar nicht angeschlossen. Im Obergeschoss fallen der Couchtisch und ein Sofa vom Angucken auseinander. Unter dem Dach knarzt der Boden bei jedem Schritt. Beim Duschen ist der Wasserdruck minimal, wenn mehrere Personen gleichzeitig duschen, kommt nur ein Rinnsal aus der Brause. Über diese Punkte hätten wir gerne hinweggesehen, jedoch haben wir nach Abreise eine böse Überraschung erlebt. Laut dem Vermieter haben wir einen Türrahmen in der Wohnung zerstört, weshalb unsere Kaution einbehalten wurde. Wir sind uns sicher diesen Schaden nicht herbeigeführt zu haben, können dies aber natürlich nicht nachweisen. Nach einem Telefonat wurde versprochen, dass der Hausmeister den Schaden kostengünstig beheben würde. Nach mehreren Monaten und insgesamt 5-maligem Nachfragen wurde dann eine fingierte Rechnung in exakt der Höhe der einbehaltenen Kaution vorgelegt. Wer das glaubt… Das Verhalten der Vermieter ist unprofessionell. Keine Empfehlung! Abzocke!!! ##### Daniel B.
