"Absolutely beautiful property inside the hotel, very clean, very upscale feel, manager is friendly & responsive. Check-in process is very very different (no front desk), so I recommend you closely read the instructions if you need non-digital methods like me. I don't have a smartphone and wasn't able to read the directions ahead of time, so the automated self-check-in took me by surprise, which was a late-night stressor I didn't need. That said, the manager was responsive and the problem was quickly solved. I thought it was a little weird that if you go out onto the lovely back patio, you're locked out with no way to get back in (i.e. no badge reader to use your room key, etc..). You have to traipse through the backyard grass, all the way around to the front of the hotel to get back in. Lastly, I was unpleasantly surprised to see that there was no desk in the room, which made it very hard for me to work remotely, which I desperately needed to do. In short, if your needs are very practical, then another place might be better. If a superior look & feel of a hotel is the highest priority for you, then I highly recommend this place for you."

"I wish I could be more supportive. Hotel has so much potential but it was old and dank upon stepping inside. The room itself was gross. One wall looked like a backstop for a cup of coffee. Looked as if someone threw a drink against the wall. Warn out door, carpet etc. STAIN on the sheets. I honestly didn't even want to open the curtain to see what else was lurking. The most frustrating part was that breakfast was included but...I don't even know what to say. We are used to continental breakfasts at hotels and we can live with it but - NO MILK for the cereal they had out????? NO CREAMER for the coffee????? They were "out" of both! Staff was very friendly about it but if I don't have my coffee with cream in the am and my kid cannot eat cereal - look out people. What good is "BREAKFAST INCLUDED" when you are missing one of the most important food groups?????"

"This is a great place to stay - prices were reasonable compared to other hotels nearby. Although the property is a bit dated, everything was cleaned and very well maintained. Nice pool and hot tub area and the staff was helpful at check-in with a reservation problem we had - got us to the right room with no hassle. Although the breakfast was fine, it is always nice to have scrambled eggs and a breakfast meat option. But they had waffles, biscuits & gravy, hardboiled eggs, cereal & toast options, mini muffins and some fruit & yogurt. So it was a decent offering. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I repeatedly choose the Ledgestone for our stays in Yakima, because I love the location as well as the size and layouts of the room. There is plenty of parking. I love having the kitchen and living room too. The facilities are well maintained and the staff is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it."

"Our room provided good value for the money. The room was fairly large, with good beds and linens, also the room was perfectly clean. The only thing I could have wished for was a slightly larger vanity sink area outside the bathroom. For someone to use the toilet or shower, the person at the sink had to step out ... too cramped for one person to step past the other one."
