Cet hôtel est bien localisé, à 3 minutes de marche du Duomo. Notre chambre était défraîchie, les produits de bain était de basse qualité, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très fort et il faisait un peu chaud dans notre chambre. Nous avions demandé et payé pour deux lits, et le 2e lit était un divan lit. Le déjeuner était correct mais sans plus. Ce n’est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles mais plutôt un 3 étoiles.

This hotel was a highlight of our stay in Italy. Everything was exceptional from the service to the rooms to the amenities to the location. Excellent base to go exploring the track or the city. One of our top three meals ever - if you stay please book the restaurant and get the tasting menu. Outstanding experience and great value.

"We stayed here twice. Once before we started the Tour du Mont Blanc and after we finished. The views are great, the spa was nice, but our room had what looked like blood spots on the ceiling and on the bed sheet itself. The staff are 50/50 when it comes to friendliness so it depends on who you interact ..."
