As a child, my parents used to take me to the Villa every weekend. Walk in the garden, remain. The scent of the flowers, the sight of the trees, in the evening, a gentle breeze caresses the skin; yes i'm sure, i love going every weekend to Villa Magnolia, Massimiliano \- - - - - --- --- - - --- - - - - This magnificent property is located in Vassena, one of three villages along the coastal road that runs from Lecco to Bellagio and belongs to the City of Olivet Lario, together with Onno and Limonta. Villa Magnolia is about 15 minutes drive from Bellagio, the pearl of the Como Lake and 20 minutes from the center of Lecco. Distances from Vassena to the Airports are: 50 km to Orio al Serio (BGY) 70 km to Linate (LIN) 90 km to Malpensa (MXP) Another distances: 65 km Milan city 67 km Milan Rho fair It is located in a quiet location, strategic and easy to find. On the ground floor, with large sofa and fireplace. Thanks to the semicircular side, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Grigna mountain on opposite versant, on the lake and finally on the magnificent garden some 3000 meters, rich in plants and flowers of every kind; from roses to azaleas, olive trees to pine trees, japanese maple from the majestic Magnolia, which gives its name to the Villa. In front of the hall, it is the large kitchen, with white lacquered furniture and breakfast bar in granite. The kitchen is well equipped, with oven, dishwasher and stove. Adjoining the kitchen, there is a small storage room. On the same floor, a door separates the living area from the sleeping area. The latter includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is a double bed, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bedroom. In front of the theme there are two bathrooms, complete with bath and toilet. Upstairs There is a double bedroom with a lovely wooden balcony reminiscent a mountain cabin, which offers spectacular views of the Lecco branch. On the same floor there is another single bedroom. In the basement with a fireplace, in which you can spend evenings with friends in complete relaxation. The ground floor and the first floor are connected by a wooden staircase. In the large garden there is also an area dedicated to barbecue. Across the street, you can reach the private dock and the beach, where you can spend sunny days by the lake. De tuin is prachtig en de toegang tot het meer gaat via een kleine afgesloten boomgaard naar het grindstrandje. Volledige privacy zowel in huis, tuin als in in de boomgaard. Vanuit de tuin ( onder andere bij de BBQ) prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Geschikt huis voor grootouders met kinderen en kleinkinderen.
