The residential complex has a communal pool, large garden areas and allocated parking spaces located on the basement of the building for each apartment. It is located only 300 metres from the fine sandy beach.

Bien decorado, bien ubicado, El asunto de las hamacas en la piscina, por lo visto las que hay son de particulares y no hay nada reseñado al respecto, lo que genera problemas con los vecinos. Debería haber hamacas reservadas a cada apartamento, al menos de los que se alquilan.
