Beautiful Villa with pool in Oliva Nova Golf

This sunny villa is located in the prestigious Oliva Nova Golf complex, very close to the magnificent sandy beaches.

The property is fully fenced and has a lawn area, as well as a private pool and covered parking within the plot.

The house has 2 bedrooms and its capacity is for 4 people, and it also has wifi and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.

The beautiful garden is fully conditioned for use and enjoyment, as it has chairs, an outdoor table, hammocks, a barbecue, and a perfect awning to shelter from the hot summer days.

Upon entering the accommodation, we find the open living/dining room, which contains the house's only satellite TV (German). Next to the living/dining room is the kitchen with an American bar, which is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker (filter) and toaster.

Returning to the Living Room, we can access a small hallway responsible for distributing the two rooms with two single beds each and the bathroom equipped with a shower and double sink with two bathtubs.



Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Recibimos lo que le habíamos buscado, que es tranquilidad y poco alboroto para pasar unos días tranquilos en familia. Y la zona tiene poco zona de entretenimiento pero eso para nosotros es un punto positivo porque hace que no este muy masificado. La zona ideal si te gusta jugar al golf. Pero no hay muchos más cosas que hacer que estar relajado.

nos ha gustado la casa,la ubicación la nevera es muy pequeña y cuando llegamos solo había una sartén pero se solucionó rápido
