The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a laundry area, pantry, and a full bathroom with shower. Appliances include a coffee maker, washing machine, microwave, iron, and hairdryer.  
  
The neighborhood is family-friendly and peaceful, with restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, supermarket, tobacconist, and church nearby. In summer, you’ll find beach bars and water activities such as kayak, paddle surf, banana boat, catamaran rentals, plus surf and sailing schools. Two minutes away are beach play and sports areas like beach volleyball, beach soccer, and a playground.
